Returns

 

 We understand that our customers drive our business. We believe in the quality of each product we make, and we hope you will be satisfied with everything you order from us. But if something isn’t quite right, please let us know, and we will work to solve it. If there is need to return your purchase for a refund or to make an exchange, we will ensure the issue is solved on time. 

 

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as you received it; that is, unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. You can carefully inspect the garment to see if the fit is just the way you want it to be and if it matches the description on our website. 

Items can be returned within 15 days from date of delivery for a refund or exchange. In the rare case of manufacturing defect, please contact customer service, and we will resolve the issue immediately. Please note that if item is returned in a different condition as it was received, it will not be valid for returns and will be sent back to you. 

Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you. 

If you have a return or exchange request on your purchase Kindly mail us your request along with your order ID to customercare@theophiluszoe.com 

Item marked as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return

Once we have received and accepted your returned package, your refund will be processed and completed through the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. Please allow 5 – 10 Business days for refund. 

Shipping

All our orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. 

As every order is unique the shipping costs vary depending on the destination of your order. 

As soon as your order is placed with us you will receive order confirmation mail and SMS. Following this, we will begin with the shipping process and once it is shipped you will receive an email and SMS with the airway bill number and the courier details to track your parcel. 

Domestic Shipping 

All domestic orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 2 to 7 Business days. 

To cancel or change an order Kindly advise our customer service between 30 minutes to 3 hours after you have placed your order which is the time allowed for cancellation or modification. A phone call is best at this time, please call +1 (240) 736-4036 

Once we have processed and shipped your order, we cannot cancel or alter it. If you wish to change any product, you can return the product, get a refund from us and place a new order for your desired product.
